2026 Concert Series

The 2026 concert season of Spółdzielnia Muzyczna Contemporary Ensemble is supported by the Ernst von Siemens Music Foundation. A recipient of the 2021 Ensemble Prize, the Kraków-based ensemble has performed at major Polish festivals including Warsaw Autumn and Sacrum Profanum, as well as at international events such as the Darmstadt Summer Course and Festival Musica.

The 2026 season comprises a series of concerts presented at several of Kraków’s leading venues, featuring works by Enno Poppe, Mikel Urquiza, Minas Bourboudakis, Żaneta Rydzewska, Barbara Zach, Agata Zubel, Wojtek Blecharz, and Martyna Kosecka.

Conceived not only as performances but as spaces for exchange, the concerts place music of the 20th and 21st centuries in dialogue with contemporary cultural contexts. Eight works from the series will also be made available on YouTube, extending access beyond the concert hall.
