Progetto Positano

Zara Ali and Arash Yazdani each spent four weeks at Villa Kempff in Positano and wrote new works for ensemble as part of their working scholarship. In this portrait concert, ensemble mosaik will introduce the two young composers with a small selection of their works.

The concert will take place on October 29, 2025, at 8 p.m. in the Kesselhaus at the Kulturbrauerei. The next year’s scholarship recipients will be announced on the evening of the concert.

The Progetto Positano is a joint initiative of the Ernst von Siemens Music Foundation, ensemble mosaik and the Kempff Cultural Foundation.
