Hermann Danuser: Writings in Three Volumes

The Ernst von Siemens Music Foundation is supporting the publication of musicologist Hermann Danuser’s Schriften in drei Bänden (Writings in Three Volumes) by Edition Argus. The publication comprises three volumes: Musikalische Prosa (Musical Prose), Musikalische Interpretation (Musical Interpretation), Musikalische Lyrik (Musical Lyrics); Die Musik des 20. Jahrhunderts (The Music of the 20th Century) and Gustav Mahler. The three volumes reflect Danuser’s main areas of musicological interest and complement the four-volume edition of Gesammelte Vorträge und Aufsätze (Collected Lectures and Essays) by Hermann Danuser, also published by Edition Argus in 2014.

The Schriften in drei Bänden are edited by Burkhard Meischein, Lukas Michaelis, and Christian Schaper.
