ManiFeste 2026

Ircam, Paris (FR)

ManiFeste 2026, organized by Ircam, is a month-long multidisciplinary festival and academy dedicated to musical creation and live performance. Bringing together music, theatre, dance, digital arts, and visual arts, the festival presents both experimental and accessible contemporary works.

The 2026 edition features 16 projects, 36 events, 9 venues, 13 Ircam commissions, 19 world premieres, and 10 French premieres. International orchestras, ensembles, conductors, choreographers, performers, and composers come together to present contemporary repertoire alongside newly commissioned works.

Alongside the festival, the ManiFeste Academy (15–27 June 2026) welcomes emerging composers, performers, and listeners from around the world. Through workshops, masterclasses, rehearsals, and performances, participants engage with guest composers, musicians, artists, and Ircam researchers within a large-scale artistic and technological environment.

ManiFeste positions itself as a manifesto for contemporary and emerging creation, combining artistic experimentation with performance, technology, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

ManiFeste 2026 is supported by the Ernst von Siemens Music Foundation
