Twin Cities Music Festival

113, Saint Paul (US)

The 6th installment of the Twin Cities New Music Festival (TCNMF), presented by Twin Cities nonprofit 113, will take place May 6–10, 2026. Founded in 2018, TCNMF is a five-day celebration of new music by living composers. This year’s festival focuses on innovative electroacoustic music and features performers including Maya Bennardo, Jeffrey Kyle Hutchins, and the Talea New Music Ensemble.

The festival will present seven concerts across the Twin Cities, along with a lecture and masterclass at the University of Minnesota, an educational outreach program at Walker West Music Academy, and a livestreamed tribute concert honoring the late composer Schuyler Tsuda.

TCNMF is expected to serve more than 500 local new music audiences, 50 University of Minnesota students, 50 Walker West students, and hundreds of livestream viewers connected to Tsuda’s community.

The Twin Cities New Music Festival is supported by the Ernst von Siemens Music Foundation.
