collective lovemusic at Wien Modern!

collective lovemusic will perform for the first time on November 16, 2025 as part of Wien Modern! The programme includes the work The Sad Album, which the ensemble developed together with composer and singer Laura Bowler and premiered at Musica Strasbourg in September.

This project impressively demonstrates the collective’s working methods. Together with Laura Bowler and Sam Redway, the musicians developed the concept for the concert. The Sad Album deals with the theme of grief and highlights the different facets of the grieving process. The premiere at the Musica Strasbourg festival was enthusiastically received: ‘… an all-round successful show that keeps us in suspense’ (Res Musica)
