This year, composer Filippo Lepre will present an Italian evening on November 11, 2026, as part of the Young Composer’s Forum at the Bavarian Academy of Fine Arts.

The highlight of the evening will be the world premiere of Compatibilità for viola, accordion, and piano. Filippo Lepre composed the piece specifically for this event. He is also curating the rest of the program, which will feature works by Giacinto Scelsi, Marco Stroppa, Jacopo Caneva, and Elia Perinu. Klaus-Peter Werani (viola), Kai Wangler (accordion)—performing as the duo 2KW—and pianist Andreas Skouras will provide the musical performance.
